110g caster sugar
90g brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
260g self-raising flour
8 mini Mars Bars
Beat together the sugar and butter until well creamed
Add egg and vanilla and beat until just combined
Sift in the flour and sprinkle the chopped-up Mars Bars into the flour (I cut each one into 8)
Take a tablespoon of mixture and roll into a ball, place on a lightly greased baking tray and push down lightly with a fork
Repeat with the rest of the mixture, placing each cookie roughly 5cm apart
Bake at 180°C for about 13 minutes or until golden brown
Cool, eat and enjoy!!
But the best cookies are eaten warm!
